Welcome to The End Result. By using this website or our referral service, you agree to these terms. They’re short — please read them.

What we are (and aren’t)

• The End Result (Homepros LLC dba The End Result) is an independent referral service. We connect Orange County homeowners and property owners with contractors from our network. Our service is free for homeowners.
• We are not a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee construction work.
• Every contractor we refer is an independent business — not our employee, agent, or partner. Any estimate, contract, schedule, workmanship, warranty, or payment is strictly between you and that contractor.

Referrals

• We screen the contractors in our network — state license checks, insurance certificates on file, and the track record we’ve built over decades of referrals — but conditions change, and we can’t promise any particular result, price, timeline, or availability.
• You are never obligated to hire anyone we refer. We encourage you to compare bids and to independently verify any contractor’s license at cslb.ca.gov — we do.

Using this site

• Submit forms only with accurate information about yourself or your business, and only for their intended purpose. No scraping, spamming, or interfering with the site.
• The content and design of this site belong to The End Result and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The End Result is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or conduct of any independent contractor, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our referrals. This website and service are provided “as is.” Nothing here limits rights you have under California law that cannot be limited by agreement.
