Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

The End Result (“we,” “us” — Homepros LLC dba The End Result) is a contractor referral service serving Orange County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• What you give us. When you send a project request or a contractor application, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and your project or business details.
• Basic technical information. Our forms record the submitting device’s IP address and browser type, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
• On your device only. Small conveniences — like which checklist items you’ve ticked or whether you closed a panel — are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and match you with contractors from our network — which means sharing your name, contact information, and project description with the contractor(s) we refer to you. That introduction is the whole point of our service.
• To review contractor applications and manage our referral network.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with anyone except the contractors we refer to you, the service providers that run our website and email, and where the law requires it.
• We don’t send marketing you haven’t asked for, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct the information we hold about you, stop contacting you, or delete your information (we may keep what’s needed for legal or record-keeping purposes). Just call (714) 628-1225 or email info@theendresult.net.

Do Not Track

Because we don’t track visitors across websites, this site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals — there is no tracking either way.

Children

This site is for homeowners and contractors and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
